Happy to share my latest painting Lupus created for Modern Eden Gallery’s Infinite Horizons exhibition. Lupus is named after the lupus constellation seen on the bottom left of the canvas and is an acrylic on canvas, 11″ wide by 14″ high. Excited to reveal my painting My Star Will Be One of the Stars For You. This painting is currently on view in Corey Helford Gallery’s The Little Prince: Looking With the Heart exhibition. In honor of the 75th anniversary of Antoine de Saint-Exupéry’s book The Little Prince, they collaborated with Le Petit Prince Officiel for this exhibition. Excited to reveal my new painting Interrelation. This piece was created for Modern Eden Gallery’s *Actual Size exhibition in which all pieces feature animal subjects at their actual size. Interrelation features a many-spotted tiger moth atop a Crassula Buddha’s temple succulent. I also did something new with this one and extended the black and white pattern to all 4 sides of the painting. Interrelation is an acrylic on canvas, 4″ wide by 4″ high. Revealing my newly finished painting Illumination. This piece was created for Modern Eden Gallery’s current exhibition New Growth. The connected lotus flower and polar bear refer to the connection of all of nature. The lotus flower is a symbol of purity, enlightenment, self-regeneration and rebirth. Happy to reveal my finished painting Balance. This piece was created for Cactus Gallery’s upcoming Magic Oceans, Sacred Rivers exhibition which focuses on ocean life and their welfare. Coral and polar bears come from disparate environments, but both are ecologically connected and affected by our actions. This piece is an acrylic on canvas, 5″ wide by 5″ high. The exhibition opens June 8th, 5pm at Cactus Gallery in Los Angeles.
