Excited to share my new painting Ouroboros<\/em>. Black panthers in Asia and Africa are actually melanistic leopards while those in the Americas are melanistic jaguars. Beauty and protection are among much of the symbolism behind panthers while the snake is seen as a symbol of rebirth.
