My work<\/a> was recently selected for inclusion in The Fletcher Exhibit: Social and Politically Engaged Art to be held at the Tipton Gallery in Johnson City, Tennessee.\u00a0 The exhibit is run by East Tennessee State University in memory of one of their students, Fletcher Dyer, in an effort to continue and advance his endeavor for politically and socially motivated art.\u00a0 The juror is Michael Aurbach, an artist and professor of sculpture and drawing at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee.\u00a0 The exhibit runs November 1st through the 27th, with an opening reception on November 1st, from 6-8pm at Tipton Gallery.<\/p>\n
